Athletes Excelling After Sports (AEAS) looks to support the development of young professionals by partnering with organizations looking to hire top talent. Our clientele are underrepresented groups of former professional or amateur athletes, who may not have extensive work experience due to their prior devotion to their sport. We feel athletes already possess many of the skills that organizations are looking for, but often are overlooked due to a lack of work experience. AEAS believes that those athletes should not be disadvantaged for working hard, often year round, to be the best they can be.
